  • Ordered my wedding shoes last wednesday which had 20% off plus codes, got really excited when the box came this afternoon, until I opened it.
The soles of both shoe had marks on and they just looked grubby! :(
I phoned bhs this afternoon and they said they dont do exchanges so I would have to order a pair through the website.
I mentioned that the 20% has finished now and they told me to pay for it at full price and give them a ring and they would refund me!
Its a bit of an inconvenience, all I want is an exchange for an item they should have checked before sending out!
The other bits and bobs I ordered all came in good condition in packaging. Thanks for codes :)

I received a box of Guerlian chocolates today (out of 3 that I ordered). I thought that all 3 boxes had arrived together in the size of box they had delivered them in!! No, just one box with loads of padding in a huge box.

Slightly annoyed that the alcohol "stocking fillers" that I ordered last night at £12 each (although with other stuff got reduced) are now going through at £6!!

Also just noted the cards I bought have overnight gone from £5 down to £3.50, original price was £10!

I think this might be to stop the offers being used with the £5 off code.
My sister got 3 of these for £9.40 delivered. I just tried to play around with it and the code won't work as the total comes up at £18 now rather than £36, and it's charging delivery too.
  • This was my order last night:

    Qty Description Colour Size Price
1 Lying animal hotties rabbit One size 8.00
1 Lying animal hotties giraffe One size 8.00
1 Baileys® spirit stocking filler No Colour One size 12.00
1 Holographic brights christmas cards No Colour One size 5.00
1 Blossom hill® merlot No Colour One size 12.00
    1 2 for £12 Hotties (x 1) -4.00
    1 BHS£5C10 - Spend £25 and get £5 off (x 1) -5.00
    1 Spectacular Saving (x 2) -2.41
    1 Spectacular Saving (x 1) -2.50
    1 Spectacular Saving (x 2) -14.40
    Shipping £ 0.00
    Total £ 16.69

I thought I did pretty well! The £5 off £25 code (BHS£5C10) is still working for me but you no longer get the "spectacular savings" that were on there yesterday...

Pleased to report that I have recreated my basket from last night and it now costs £22.50 when I choose to pick up from the store, so I saved some money after all :D

BHS seem to have had one of these 'spectacular' events practically every weekend for the past couple of months so I'm sure there will be more bargains to be had in the coming weekends.
