Don't worry about getting back your bank charges - every one else is - when in doubt, scroll to the top of http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk and click on results of bank survey - it certainly makes you think - and that is only one site that is helping people to get their charges back!!!!!!!!!!
I am in the process of putting in a court action to get some charges back for my daughter.0 -
