I've been with EFH broadband for a couple of years - no major probs - you can get through with a freephone number if you need to

Hello, I left fast 4 dial up two weeks ago and signed up for their broadband, to find I had gone to V21, now biscit. Just gone on broadband this weekend, I am on it now!!!! very fast, very good connection,, and I have sent four enquiries and they have answered every one by return, so far, very pleased. They even gave me a special number and password to ring them if my line went down.
They seem very efficient. Do not know what has happened to Fast4, I had no choice in where I was taken, just found out V21 was my new broadband provider, then a long e mail saying they had merged with Biscit who I have never heard of, so will see what happens, but so far, very pleased, The offer I am on is still available here http://www.v21.co.uk/index.asp?exec=v21 I am on the £11.99 a month, capped, but more than I ever use. Sign up for one year. regards oap

    Thanks for all replies.

Checked out the Namesco site and adsl guide rates them very highly (on a parr with AOL and other major names). Like the idea of the UK support too, and the cheapest package at £11.95 would probably suit my needs, plus the connection fee (don't mind paying a 1 off to keep monthly costs down).

I don't download music, films etc, so assume 2GB is enough for me.

Incidentally, I'm with V21 on dial-up and noticed they have been down a few times lately.

    Thanks again for help,
    L

I use IDnet. £17.99 per month for 8MB/s speed. Capped, but I never use my limit.
I've got 7.6MB/s true speed, very good reliability, never logs me off, I rate it.
    Happy chappy

Agree completely about Namesco. I got the £60 deal for one year use. Service has been great - no connection problems, also I had to call them to ask a dumb question and they were lovely. When the year runs out, I will definitely stay with them.
