hi,
the iphone sim only deal has changed, the data has been reduced to 500mb per month - uncompetitive imo. why did they reduce it??? surely less people will join them.

is there a way to get the old iphone sim only tariff of 750mb at all?

ive been offered between 1gb and 3gb with other networks/providers but orange didnt seem interested when i rang.

cheers.

Can't tell you why they dropped it, but there's no way to get an old tariff once it's changed. The CSR's have no way of selecting it on the system once its gone, so no way of applying it to an account.

    cheers for replying.
its daft that they only offer 500mb, it really is low looking at other networks. its probably the worst deal around.

Must be a money saving thing after the great and wonderful Everything Everywhere merger!

Vodafone offer 500MB on contracts below £40
    O2 are the same
    T-Mobile offer 500MB on contract below £45

Three offer 1GB as do Tesco

It's not really that bad a deal as all the main networks have similar limits for similar prices.

Giffgaff do unlimited mobile data for £10 per month. They run on o2 network. There is no fair use policy for the data providing you use it for a mobile and dont tether. Some people on their community can sort out a micro sim for iphone 4 too.

    Forgot them..

Unlimited now buit for how long?
  • As far as I'm aware, Orange also offer an unlimited data package for 10 per month - it is also worth double checking how much data ou actually use - it might not affect you that much - one way to do that is to download the iPhone app - Your Orange - i did, and it helps me check my useage.

    Cheers,

Nothing is forever but as it is not a contract, you can move on at any time.
