I ordered one of these and it arrived yesterday broken into lots of little pieces inside the box. I am a bit shocked that it was just placed into a cardboard box without any extra packaging. I have emailed customer services as well, but not had a reply yet either but I hope they will send out another as, from the sounds of it, it is a decent item and it was a great price!

I would have ordered a few more of these to send as Christmas presents but now am unsure whether to use a different company.

Saying that I have no luck with mugs. A couple of weeks ago I got a personalised mug from a local shop and by the time I had gotten it home the handle had broken off. And then I bought a mug and coaster gift set and the coaster must have bashed against the mug in the bag, because when I got it back there was a chip in the top and a crack. So this is the third in as many weeks, maybe I should stick to buying sweets :rotfl:

I placed 2 orders, one in my name one in my husbands. Mine came his didnt but both got dispatch email at same time
