Aww! It's just that we don't know. Use another photo of your daughter. One where she takes up most of it.

i'm giving up. for some reason its only showing the top inch of the photo and it wont let me zoom out any further. :(

most strange, i would have thought you would be able to zoom in or out. I can manage that, and to move the pic around, but it does tell me that images my size are not really suitable for this product....Naw, what do they know!!!

Singledaddy, it could be that your pic is too large, could you try to make it smaller somehow?? (Dont ask me, not that technical) or as someone else said, try another pic. Have you got any other pics on the computer that arnt huge when you open them, or does she have facebook or something so you could save one from there???

You can click on the photo and drag it around but what is in the letter-box shaped rectangle is what will be printed on the mug; it will wrap around most of the mug which is why it's a weird shape. It probably won't let you zoom out any more because there's no more of the photo to zoom iykwim. Try picking a photo where the faces don't fill up the entire picture, then it's more likely to fit your daughters entire face on. Other than that I'm all out of ideas.
