when i upload a photo to the mug it only shows a little bit of the photo. is this what it will print?

Yes I think that is the image that wraps around the mug, it could really do with giving you a better preview couldn't it.

but the preview is only showing a little bit of my photo. I cant get it to show the whole photo. what am i doing wrong. its driving me mental!!!
