Free Clinique lipstick! (merged threads)

I got Berry Freeze today. I always find that free lipsticks (esp Clinique's - I've had them a few times in GWPs) are really dark on me and usually a muddy brown/red colour that looks awful. I quite like Berry Freeze as it's a bit redder and not so muddy! Can't see me wearing it often though.I think we've all arrived at a very special place. Spiritually, ecumenically... grammatically.0

I need a dark colour as I have dark hair and pale colours disappear.
They did this to me last time they were giving away free lippies. I recieved a shimmery peach which I gave to my Mum - looked great on her but I knew it would look like I had nothing on my lips apart from a bit of sparkle.
It seems they just give away the colours they can't get rid of.
I'm happy to swap if anyone has a darker colour - haven't touched mine.Watch out people. You don't know what lurks around the corner for you![/SIZE]0 -

I might want to swap - mine's too red! It's an All Heart and I haven't touched it either... Damn, it's hard to judge exactly how a colour would look without trying it on, but don't want to try it on in case it wouldn't suit me at all!
Anyway, I think I'd be happier with a nude colour.
Pm me if you want!0 -

Just as I was celebrating the thrill of a long forgotten freebie, checked the colour & see Freebie_Hunter'spost for my take on it - I mean creamy nude???*sniff*

NOT my colour at all - I love red and was really looking forward to the 'poppy shine'. I need a good, strong colour - I just can't wear 'nude' colours as it doesn't look like I'm wearing lippy at all.
It's not even worth trying out.
It really annoys me when they state a colour and you end up with something totally different.
Free or not, this one's going in the bin!
(unless anyone wants to swap)

Hi, received mine today - much too dark for me - be willing to swap someone for a paler colour - nude or something similar.0
