I sent Clinique a very polite email, telling them how disappointed I was that I did not receive my free gift of a lipstick. I told them I filled out the survey had no response from them. I recieved a reply email telling me to forward my address and they would send one out to me.

Hey presto about a week later 1 free clinique lippy (colour poppy) very nice.

I emailed them at the begining of the week and got this back today :

Thank you for taking the time to contact Clinique.

With regard to your recent email concerning our survey Miss Clinique, we
