Replacing glass on Dovre 250 Multi Fuel Wood Burner

Hi - the glass on my 10 year old MF burner has cracked and I am trying to remove it. But... through age and use (the stove - not me) I am finding it impossible to budge the screws holding the clamps - has nay one got any useful tips on how I can losen them?
