All my 4 orders of wine gifts were cancelled too and the 85p says refunded in paypal, however I check my bank account online expecting them to credit back the 85p x 4 and see that 2 payments of 85p have been taken out. =/

They never refunded my 85p to paypal, and I never got any kind of order confirmation or cancellation. I didn't have a bhs account set up beforehand, but I clicked a link on the invoice which let me add a password and linked to the email addy I used for the order. When I then went into my account, there was nothing in the order history. Not sure what's going on, but it sure looks like I won't get my order and they are keeping the 85p, too.

I just received 3 emails saying my orders have been dispatched to store :eek: But they were cancelled by BHS

What does this mean then?

Has anyone been refunded?

Long time lurker just had to register to thank the OP. I was too late to get in on the 'crazy' deals but managed to get 6x Baylis & Harding 8 piece pamper sets for a totally bargainous £20 delivered (did them in 2 orders of 3 and used the £5 off code). Amazing when you consider these sets were retailing at £20 each not so long ago! Just received both despatch emails.

Well it looks like they have cancelled one and I've been refunded. But 2 have been dispatched, one is even ready to pick up from store Jacobs Creek Shiraz:j Nice one BHS! What a lovely surprise :beer:

mine was exactly the same as yours, this morning i got a despatch email, so order on way!

im confused i didnt order any of the alcohol gifts,etc but I did order some 0of the wine glasses, I have received an email saying order processing but havent had a confirmation one yet? not sure if should of? Also have tried logging in and it says doesnt recognised so did 'forgot your password' and it didnt recognise my email address either??

Do you think this means my order has been cancelled? Or can you purchase without registering? wondering if maybe i didnt register which is why it wont log in?

I didn't register an account with them, I made 3 orders, 1 which is ready to collect and 1 which has been dispatched, one got cancelled and refunded back to my Paypal account.
