I had my order cancelled too.
Am I little miffed that:
1. They feel the ned to lie about goods being out of stock
2. I have to with up to 10 days to have my money refunded. You'd expect a big company like BHS wouldn't take the monies until the goods have been disptached.

OK I have had cancellation emails and some refunds, but all my orders are showing as 'submitted'.

My 5p order wasn't cancelled either, perhaps they can justify letting stock go that cheap if they can't shift it?

Im soo confused, so one of my orders from yesterday wasn't cancelled (amazed!) but.. I have no account with them and no order confirmation either, so how will I know if my order is at the store? lol

I've had dispatch for Jacobs creek set that it didn't show had gone through, but must have done. 3 others cancelled.

I have had a dispatch order to the store too for my jacobs creek sparkling wine for 85p, great little present for my step grandmother yay just wish I has of managed one for my grandad too! never mind
