I am very confused! I have 5 email confirmations, from last nights glitch, 5 cancellation emails, yet in Paypal 6 transactions with BHS and 3 completed 3 refunded????

they missed cancelling one of my orders from yesterday & have sent me an email this morning (in spam folder) saying that it has been despatched to my local store worth checking your spam just incase
