I had Category B and a figure of £109 per week was introduced under CSA 1 rules, later to be deducted to £24 per week.

So figures were set very much higher

Doesnt add up. Maybe Kelloggs could assist you in comparing the assesments. I know a cat A is severe but a cat b doesnt allow the protected income calculation with reagrds to full housing costs. Do you have children living in your house?

That is because the amount before protected income would have been the full £109 - a Category A would be 1 and a half times the maintenance needed.

    csa_help.

My daughter is 25, only started to get letters when she was 23, saying it had been closed for 4 years, but money was still owed.

Hasten to add, not paid a penny because never knew about it. Have all my accounts of paying directly so they can and will be taking a running jump.

Had all the threats, the baliff letters, had the LO, the moment I got my Data Files in March 2009 they have left me alone. Thats why its so important to get those details, as they will bully anyone without it.

They also know that the MEF was not sent to a confident address and that has also been proved
