Do i pay this?

Just got a parking charge notice through the post from a firm called Parking eye

parked 50 mins longer than allowed

£80 charge

£50 if paid before 11th nov

I wasn't driving the car but i was passenger

    Just ignore. Not a penny is owed to Parking Eye. They are well-known on here and a full of empty and meaningless threats.

    Should i just ignore completely or send a letter stating i wasn't driving?

    yeh they will send more threatening letters first though so be prepared as they can shock some people into paying with fake jargon

    Yes they do. If you take a look at the thread at the top of this sub-forum entitled "PPC Letters & Scams: What to Expect " and scroll down to "Parking Eye" you will see the chain of meaningless letters you might expect from them. After that they will just give up when you don't take their bait.

    I only got one letter from PE, then one from CCS; nothing more.
