Pending paypal payment?

I paid by echeque a while back. I wanted to pay by card but there wasn't enough in the bank account to cover it immediately as I had thought and I didnt check it first else I could have transfered it straight over from my regular account. It took about nine days I think but I did email the seller to see if she wanted to do it another way.

I've come to the conclusion that they people at Paypal are a bunch of Lemmings who cannot think for themselves. I have been trying to sort out my Pending Payment and all they keep talking about is Fraudulent Transactions which bears no resemblence to my issue with them. They have reversed the payment back to the buyer leaving me to chase up why this has happened inthe first place. All they keep saying in their emails, using stored pre-made paragraphs, that I must send my parcels using an online tracking system using UPS etc, all USA. I don't live in the ruddy USA, I live here in England.

They cannot function without these stored pre-made paragraphs, they cannot answer simple questions in fact they are worse than the Learning Disability Students that I teach. I also teach Business Administration and Customer Service yet they say we try hard to make your business a happy and secure one!!!!! They wouldn't know good Customer Service if it jumped up and bit them on the a*se. Moan off, sorry about that.
