    Thanks craftlady. Yes real cupcakes!

Also, I have no idea how many of each item to make??? As you can tell, this is my first craft fair (it's a charity connected to my job, so keen to get involved as it really means a lot to me!)

I am surprised that your flannel reindeer are a top seller - If i was at a craft fair they would tempt me the least! lol!
Thanks for starting this thread. I have too much to do before Christmas, but I am hoping to sell some bits after Christmas. Valentines/Mother's Day/Easter.
I am thinking about selling some lavender filled hearts, nappy pouches, small scented cushions and possibly hair clips with felt flowers. I just have to finish sewing all my Christmas pressies before I get started on bits to sell.

    What are nappy pouches???:o thanks
    I have 2 gorgeous kids :D

    Hi all,

This thread is great! i think the reindeers are good as a novelty pressie and maybe that is why they sell well.

I am interested in going to a craft fair to buy or sell, i emailled my local council and they said they don't do any specific Craft fairs!! Anyone got any ideas how i can find one thats not too far away as i don't drive?

As well as local schools you could try the local playschools.

I have made 3 so far for gifts & myself to use, using calico & scraps. They are really easy to make so I figured that I could make a few more to sell.

    Pints of socks

    Our lager,
    Which art in barrels,
    Hallowed be thy drink.
    I will be drunk,
At home as in the tavern.
Give us this day our foamy head,
    And forgive us our spillages,
    As we forgive those

    Who spill against us.
And lead us not to incarceration,
    But deliver us from hangovers.
    For thine is the beer,

    The bitter and The lager.
    Forever and ever,
    Barman....
