  • Hi,

Did a driver update for the first time. Got a NIVEDA 440?

Anyway, I was on 56 and they were on 93!

    All working now, thanks.

Might be better to start a new thread rather than tacking on the end of this one, probably get more views and suggestions! :)

How frequently does this happen? Is there any pattern to when it happens?

It could be a hardware problem and not a problem with Windows.

Do you feel confident enough to open the case and unplug and replug the SATA cable for the C drive (both ends)?

The only problem is that if people just keep adding to this post you're gonna get one uber post. If other people are searching the forum for help they're not necessarily going to find it as easy as if it was a post in its own right! That's all I was trying to get across! :)
