Dial a phone + orange + motorola = rubbish service

after 11 months of hell with a motorola that has broken down 3 times, the last repair took 3 weeks and 5 days, my motorola has broke down again, estimated repair time 3 weeks!!

I have just cancelled my contract with orange , i had to post date it by a week, i'm so happy

Orange just could not care about losing a customer did not even try to offer me anything, so 1 month roughly to go, no mobile but hey.

By the way i would not buy a packet of crisps from dial a phone they are the worst company in the world to deal with, be warned.

Everyone should beware their clever advertising - often cashback doesn't mean cash back, but a credit paid into your airtime account, and "12 months free line rental" doesn't usually mean the first 12 months.
