We live in Spain and have recently come across this company, tellyabroad.com offering very cheap access to tv via the internet.

Does anyone on here have any experience of this company? How do I find out if they are legitimate? The BBC are very careful not to allow foreign access to TV on their i-Player and I wonder how it is possible that this company can offer this service, especially as it is so cheap.

its just making use of a proxy to hide you IP address and make it look like you are in the UK

Its just a proxy service that makes the websites believe you are in the UK, nothing illegal about that, BBC wont like it and will block if they can, but in the mean time if it works and you want to use it what's the problem?

If you are tech savvy you could do this yourself, if not then <£5 a month doesn't seem so bad, its via Paypal so you don't need to give them any financial data.
