You can get the Orange San Francisco with a little work for £78.99 from Orange. It really is probably the best specced phone for the money. Have a look at this thread on HUKD. If you're not on Orange, don't worry as you can unlock it for around £2 on the internet.

Brilliant phone for the Internet. It has Android too, so you can download loads of Apps for it.
