I usually do food shop on Thursday but I'm busy tomorrow (hopefully sells lots of things) so went today.
I forgot my purse so couldn't take my weekly spends from the bank or use my tesco MOC and clubcard. ARGH. Fortunately, due to being a complete slob I had a creditcard in the bottom of my bag so could pay for the food shop. Spent £72.09 on food/toiletries/household and got a few Christmas presents on top and stayed within weekly budget. I'm hoping I can get away without needing petrol this week so I can put that towards overpaying.0 -
Well I took my handmade items to a Toddler group and got no sales. Rubbish.
We really have to move house soon. We bought a Kinetic yesterday (OH has saved his spends!) and our lounge is too narrow to get decent playability0 -
Oh no, that is rubbish. Hard times I suppose. Better luck next time hopefullyMPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

Ooh I've missed a few days!
I have sold a few more bits since I last posted so I bought some more materials but managed to save £25, I also took an order for a £25 hat/scarf set so pleased with that.
I also got a £5 amazon voucher on Lightspeed yesterday, and £5 HMV voucher from Cokezone. I'm going to use the vouchers for presents but overpay the cash equivalent to the mortgage. Hubby and I decided yesterday not to buy each other Christmas presents and put it towards the mortgage. I'm quite happy with that, he bought me lots for my birthday last month and there isn't anything I want. We've spent so many years being skint that we aren't used to getting each other presents. We said we'd buy a new outfit each and lots of nice food instead.
I went on a course in felting at the weekend and learnt lots of new techniques so I'm going to make some stockings and bag this week and put them on MISI.0
