I bought a vacuum cleaner about 6 months ago, it was one of these allergy ones and cost £100.
I was disapointed with it from the start, as it was still in guarantee I took it back.
Technically it needed to go off for repair, but I wanted to put the extra to it and get a Dyson, so the girl at customer services looked into it for me.
They agreed to exchange it, but she was so helpful and polite I was quite taken a back, her supervisor had to help and she too was really helpful and polite.
I had Nectar points and vouchers too and they fiddled about with them to get me the best deal.
Nothing amazing I know, but it was refreshing to have someone do their job well with a smile, I left there feeling really happy.
In fact I'm going to email their customer services too, I'd be quick enough to to complain.
