I gave up Aug 2009 & not had a drop since (the guys on the cutting down thread are brill btw) .....I have lost a stone in weight (thats stayed off too), can walk for miles (done 250 extra walking miles this year:j), feel so much better & not so drained or exhausted. I just drink lime & fizzy water now....realised I never needed to drink wine & saved loads of money too!

My brain has totally shut down. POPCORN. Poor Steve sorry i couldn't chat about anything brain is a bit blank but am vvv happy.

It's nice to chat to friends and feel safe and welcome and learn at the same time. But that is what MSE is all about.

Not worked at all today,it was my day off same as tomorrow,then back at work saturday.
Did get caught in the rain before it started snowing OH needed his script and this weather dosen't do him any favor's.
