Just a quick hello. I've been in and out all night but not posted. I have my Mam here and having a lil tipple of wine. Seriously thinking of giving it up altogether come New Year. I just don't need to drink anymore.. what can I say - my humour carries me *guffaw!*

SSA - one thing about House Clearance people - if you really don't mind about how much you can get, and getting rid of the stuff is more important than what you get for it, then it is one way to do it. But as I said, don't bank on getting much from them
