Steak, chicken and mushroom, steak and kidney - I think they also do fruit pies as well. Nice pastry, good quality meat. (Particularly in the fruit pies....????)

Had a quick look round my old home town this morning buying christmas cards, etc - lots of closed-down shops, masses of charity shops and cheap shops ........ just like Wisbech really ;)

Met my neice at the girls' school and we had coffee and a biscuit (I turned down the mince pie with cream .................... wasn't I good? .................... I don't like sweetmince actually ;) ...... then we watched the dress rehearsal of Holly's school Christmas Play and it was really good :j The went around the world explaining the Christmas Story as they went - Spain, India, China, America, Africa, etc - with singing and dancing from the kids dressed in the suitable costumes - Holly was in the Africa group, dancing at the front and she never missed a step :T she did really well and the performance was brilliant and great fun - it was a good take on teh traditional story

  • Glad you enjoyed it. I rather liked the Nativity story. Soon people will think Christmas is just a holiday and will not realise the meaning behind it.

Sorry i was gone for so long i was tidying up my emails.
