I got a letter from CCCS to send more paperwork to them, of Mr 3Dogs debts, so I sent them off, for them to return them saying that they realised that they did not need them as the DRO is in my name only. Mr 3Dogs can't go down that route as he has a small pension fund from a period he contracted out of SERPS
So just waiting for them to get back to me - I got the reference number from Mr 3Dogs yesterday in fact and plan to ring them tomorrow to advise them that I am away from home and see how it is progressing - thanks for asking Beanie x
Hi 3Dogs
Have you seen this recent change on DROs & pensions?

Basically they are to be treated the same as in BR....might be worth a read Hun in case it changes your situation.

I actually suspect that when they put together the DRO legislation the pension issue was an oversight from the start & this is just to put it right. Pensions should always have been ringfenced in the same way as they are in BR. Good luck with it:j0 -
That's fine SW - considering bankruptcy - but DRO is best for us
It's for poor people with under £15,000 debts and no property, and only costs £90 instead of the hundreds that bankruptcy costs. It lasts a year at the end of which all debts listed on the DRO are wiped outMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
