Quidco Vodafone deal question.
Quidco had a 12 month sim only deal for 1200 mins, unlimited texts and 500MG internet for £25 with £150 cashback which I applied for on Sunday.......The day it was to expire, (31st October).............It all went through fine and Quidco tracked.........but, then I had an e-mail from Vodafone asking me to verify my address etc by fax........This arrived on November 1st, which means I suppose that the deal would not have been completed until after the Quidco deal expired.
As I said, it tracked with Quidco straight away, but do you think they will use the excuse not to pay out the cashback because the purchase wasn't complete until after Oct 31st.
I obviously only wanted it if I was to get the £150 cashback, making it £12.50 per month.
Thanks

Why don't you ask Quidco?
I'm an OAP now and still a technophobe ! (No excuse I know)......... but if someone could tell me how to e-mail Quidco I'd be very grateful.
I just get very confused when you click on contact, it just seems to refer you to frequently asked questions etc.

IMO I don't think you should have a problem with this.0

It is confusing, but follow the following trail
Log in to your Quidco account
Choose Help from the top
When that page comes up. go down that page passing all the Help topics till you find a line saying "Do you have a question not answered above? Send our QuidCare support team a Support message".
Take it from there.0 -
