I hand mine over everywhere, it's 1% cashback on all my spending:money:
I don't have an outfit to match it but I can usually get out of the house in matching shoes LOL.:cool:0 -
gingercordial wrote:I had a transparent one through as my old white one wasn't chip and pin. But my OH, who is the second cardholder, apparently isn't being issued with a chip and pin (no idea why) so he still has the old white one which isn't due to expire for a year or so yet.
I don't like it myself, but had a shop assistant today say she did! I always have loads of comments on it actually, due to the blue holographic bit I suppose.
I've had comments on my (original) Blue AmEx. In fact, on one occasion the assistant at asda tried to chat me up! I was buying some wine and general groceries and she started making comments like "oooh, she must be in for a good time tonight - who's the lucky girl?" and "oooh, amex card too! wow, she's definitely lucky!". And this was a complete stranger in a store I rarely go to! I suppose asda assistants isn't used to seeing amex cards!0 -

Not sure who that is aimed at Aqua-Ian but if it was eagle then he has already said he has an amex blue and if it was me then yes I also have an amex blue.
Certain Amex cards carry a 'prestige' tag but everyone i know seems to have a Blue card.

Actually, I had an AmEx Blue. Now I've moved on to something different...0 -
