Which phone to get

I think, in all honesty, that you are likely to get a better objective comparison by using Google to look for " review bb torch" and repeat for the HD7. You will get 3rd party comparisons between the two as well as consumer views.
There will be only a few members who have the experience of both, I would hazard a guess0 -
My advise is to go into a store and play with them both, I've made the mistake of buying a phone purely based on reviews in the past and I've regretted it.
I've played with the HD7, but not the Blackberry, to be honest I wasn't overly impressed with the HD7 (I'm an Android geek!), but I loved the big high resolution screen and I thought the keyboard and the ability to move about a cursor was really great, I'd go as far as saying it's the nicest touch screen keyboard I've every used.0 -

Agree with above go to a shop and have a good look at both to see which is best for you.
By posting what phone to get questions on here just results in iPhone versus android rants0 -

You need to do both. There is no way that you will pick up on the quirks of either simply with a 10 minute test drive in a shop. Reviews - that is objective reviews with facts rather than illiterate comment - are based upon people having had one for a while and finding out what deficiencies there are in the device. Also reliability - you won't get that from playing in the shop.
Certainly test driving the handset is well worth it, but no shop is going to give you sufficient time to go through all the features.0 -
I used BB torch and its good but never tried about HD7.0
