  • i know that people buy them for their white gold? thats housed inside the cat. when i worked in a motor factor, selling these cat to this guy was easy money for our weeks/months food/coffee/milk/sugar kitty, if we had a sale of a used 2.5 v6 cats that was £50.00 back four years ago. we used to sell a new cat and ask the garages and customers to bring the old one back like an alternator/starter surcharge return. this guys used to come in (from ireland) we used to go out he'd hand the agreed cash to manager, and we all had free food for the month.

for the tires you could possibly put them on gumtree if you want to give them away for free as a local school may get in contact to plant things in them or use them as a garage for an area of provision for example
