My MSP is Mike Pringle - for you to find out your own MSP you will need to look at the scottish parliament website - only your own MSP from you local area will take up the case on your behalf.max06 wrote:Who is your MSP and their email address. So I've done notes for them with my agency number, amount, my personal details and the number, and will ask them to ring as well.U][/B]I discovered I always have choices and sometimes it's only a choice of attitude :j0 -
I agree with the above poster, although I was an agent for Farepak for 15 years, and actually did a bit with Park for a couple of years as well. I will never, ever as long as I live put money into another hamper/voucher company.
I really would urge anyone thinking of joining one of the other companies in 2007 as either a customer or agent to think twice. I thought the fact that they were affiliated to HITA, would make my money safe, and the company was reputable. There is NOT enough legislation for these companies to operate properly, and in fact rules for the remaining companies should be brought forward FAST, so this never happens again.
At work we are all going to pay into a Social Club Account each payday next year, keep a ledger with payment details, and pay out the money in November 2007, with interest. Staff can pay as much or as little as they want.:j0 -

Is this company still trading?
I have a letter from farepak in Marcfh regarding the demise of Choice vouchers, and its signed by Nicholas Johnson, is this the same person, as Nicholas Gilodi-Johnson?:j0 -
I expect that Interfil is NOT still trading, as Morgan Stanley Card Services are no longer offering the discounted shopping vouchers which they did until a week or so ago, which were fulfilled by Interfil.0

I am incensed by this. I am very sorry for all the people who have lost their hard earned money investing in a company who have ripped them off and still continue to operate the company from the premises as reported on Jeremy Vine's Radio 2 programme. This is not just a company going into receivership or administration. THIS IS FRAUD AND THEFT. The Police should get involved in this.

I saw that they were still using the premises to distribute goods, who's orders are they sending out?? When it was on the news the other night the police were at the Farepak premises, probably to stop us poor sods who have lost out from seriously hurting someone. (By the way I am not a violent person but this is how I have been left feeling)Theblindman wrote:I am incensed by this.
