    Hi sjlou,

I haven't yet gotten around to reading all the old and new diaries I have missed out on in the last wee while but I look forward to doing so. It's a great influence and encouragement mechanism albeit I will obviously have to make any and all efforts to destroy the website when it lives in direct competition to my book!

    Cheers,

    Billy

  • Good morning,

You must have bottomless reserves of energy to supplement your day jobs with all your extra-curricular activities :D.
 on finding the time to support the charities.
I know you are quite capable of devising new ways to celebrate Moyra's birthday. Good luck in all your ventures.:)

Well some parts are good like this MFW section and Freebie stuff as long as I do not peep into the dark side (Grabbit section). :D Now off to prepare breakfast!

    Hi US,

THat's been the best thing about getting the kitchen done - no more room for my mega hoarding of deals so the grabbit and HUKD pieces have not been as big a distraction as they have been in the past.

Got my birthday plan thinking cap on!

    Cheers,

    Billy

Lovely to see you're back Billy. Congrats on both your promotions, hope the new jobs live up to the titles!

I too have been off the radar for the last few months (enjoying myself far too much methinks ;)), and my MFIT challenge has slipped accordingly, but I've joined the next challenge, so will keep plodding away and look forward to reading more of your exploits here. :)

I did draw the line at a new £4,500 corner couch which, naturally, syncs into the surround sound and has drinks coolers and the like - because having a couch to sit on just isn't enough!

That does sound a step too far. Although any sofa would be good at the moment... we've had the living room things in the dining room for the last few months! Sofa is being delivered in October!

    Thanks ATT,

Glad things are rolling along for you. Will try to keep the updates coming but time is something I'm seriously struggling for every day at the moment.

    Thanks Diadeb,

No harm in enjoying yourself. Now that I've got 5 mortgages, I'm a whole lot more relaxed about being mortgage free. With the plan still being to get another 45 mortgages before we're done with the BTL project, mortgage freedom and I aren't going to get together again for quite some time.

    Cheers,

    Billy

    Hi MRN,

Good luck with it. We had to beg, borrow and nearly steal when we first moved into our place until things arrived. It was only 8 years later that we got around to getting the place kitted out properly.

    Cheers,
