He/she also operates under the username of "pal7global" but under this username the postage is normal, with no collect in person.

20 neg in the past month says it all for me. I find it annoying that some people often label the simple 'one line' type ads as 'unsafe' and are more drawn to more 'professional' looking ads like this one. Just proves that scams come in all sorts of packages!!
Forget the chicken and the egg, what do you use to plant seedless grapes?

My DH came accross a new scam last week. He bid on and won some record decks for about £200 on ebay. The ad said "Emigrating in a few days, for sale, low price for quick sale". Well, he emailed the seller asking him for his address, so that he could go and collect, but never got a reply.

However, the underbidder contacted my hubby via ebay, saying that the seller had offered the decks for sale to him, as "the winning bidder wanted the goods before payment". This smart ebayer had clocked my hubby's good feedback record and obviously thought something fishy was going on here. He was right, as the seller never did get back to us, and obviously wanted an unsuspecting buyer to pay via Paypal, the goods would never arrive, he would have closed his account and disapearred off the face of the earth, £250 richer!!!

Have reported some of his items for fee avoidance, and also for links to sites outside ebay.

Lets hope this untrustworthy scam-merchant is taken down soon.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.
  • This seller (21st-century-gadgets) is no longer selling. Good work chaps!

I daresay he'll pop up again before long but small victories are victories nevertheless.

Basically he was charging you £1.49 to come and pick it up yourself. How nice of him!!
  • He's back, still doing the same....
