    Ah! I thought you were saying ENCORE SOFTWARE LTD were FSA regulated!

    I think you'll find the FSA compensation will only kick in if Google Payments Ltd goes bankrupt and you cash is lost en route to Encore.

    If Encore goes bankrupt or runs off with your cash the FSA will not be interested!

    So yes, Google is a legitimate company. Encore, however.....

    I would like to know as I was also thinking of purchasing some items.
    I have checked out there site and it is showing the ms office and ultimate win7 as out of stock until the 16/11/10.
    If they are just after your money it seems strange that they have bothered to notify people the stock levels.

    No - I have more common sense than that !!
    But yes, I agree with you on your presumptions - unless it is a "double bluff" - designed to catch out the wary ?
