Both the downloads work fine (on a PC).

Floorplan will not work on a Mac, while ConceptDraw has a Mac version - I think the download is for the Windows version, but it's worth a try on the Mac if you're able to download it. G

Personally I'd stay clear of Spyware Doctor 4. I installed it on my machine last week and as well as being a bit of a memory hog, the scan results it produced showed loads of adware infections that i could remove if i upgraded to its full version - thats all very well but they were adware infections that i didn't actually have!!

My computer had been scanned free of everything by latest AVG anti spyware before and since i removed it. I get the impression its prone to giving 'false positives' At very least if you do use it treat its results with a pinch of salt and at least try a second app before laying out the money to upgrade to its full version

    Just my 2 cents.

I installed it on my machine last week and it scanned me as having loads of adware i didn't actually have (which of course i would have to purchase the full upgrade programme to remove them). It,s also a memory hungry dog of a programme and !!!!!!s with a lot of your computer. My computer been scanned free of everything by AVG anti spyware since i removed it. Just my 2 cents.
ALL the programs on the main list are free for life & do not ask for any money at any stage*. You may be right that it's a resource hog, but I couldn't corroborate your other info. Do you think a respected publisher like VNU or the others (see below) would serve up such junk?

On the other hand, you may be mistaking it for Spy Doctor, a completely different rogue program - see this & this.

Also, you need to get the free serial code for SD4 - did you do this? If it still doesn't work for you then you may be one of the few experiencing difficulties with this version. Remember, no program is perfect & every program doesn't suit everyone or every system - we all have our favourites, don't we?!

Some independent reviews of SD4 by respected sites:

*Edit: Unless the definitions update subscription has expired - I just discovered! But it can still be used to delete anything it finds without paying.
