How to fall spectacularly with 8 + 2 + 1 = 11 INs and go over weekly spend budget

    INs
8 bath bubble (first found the radox offer at 2 for £2 so got 4 then at other shop found the palmolive at £0.88 each so got 4 to last til end of Jan)
2 Dove original roll - I love them but refuse to pay £1.60 or more for one, found them at £0.97 each, had to get 2
1 Sanctuary deep cleanse facewash - I resisted but gave in the £5 offer; I was strong enough to avoid the N7 £5 voucher but love Sanctuary and at £1.99

I have started keeping a log alongside of my INs of the price; this is going to be interesting to be able to assess price increase/and if an offer is good enough

I did turn around the N7 counter but did not give in to the free gift with £20 something buy (have to make me feel better)

I'm feeling rather proud of myself today, I went in to town thinking I needed to get something for my stash - but when I got in to Boot's couldn't for the life of me remember what it was I thought I needed, and left again. I'm home now and sat looking at said stash and still can't work out what I wanted to get!
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I got the sanctuary facewash and the toner too to use the vouchers. Almost all of the cleansers are excluded from the £5 voucher now and I'm pretty sure that by the time the skincare vouchers come round again sanctuary cleanser/toner will be excluded too. Boots is making it easier to resist.

Trip to Boots tonight....needed a Protect and Perfect face cream. Bought the Intensive one £22.50. Wondering if it will be any better than the regular one??? Got the GWP....yawn! May ebay it before DD gets her hands on it.

There is a P&P intensive eye cream .....anyone used it?? Was hoping there might be a sample in the GWP, but no. The only eye cream that makes a difference for me is the Clarins one for £45 , but there's no way I'm going to buy the P&P one to try which is £18.50, without a sample first.

Will buy the Clarins one I think, but have decided I'm not using it all the time, it's just a ludicrous price, instead I am just going to use it a few days before an event, going out etc. It does have an immediate marked beneficial effect, so at least it'll last that way.

Oops, sorry, didn't realise it was bath stuff! I tend to be a bit liberal with my bubble bath too lol.

Bronnie, I too would love to try the P&P Intense, and the eye cream too. Wonder if there's going to be a P&P OOTW? I haven't bought any OOTW yet so maybe this one will tempt me...

Another UU for me, travel size of L'occitane Aromacologie conditiioner. WIBA? Probably not. It's lovely but no more lovlier than Aussie.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • Morning,

One UU for me, at last:
Cetaphil cleansing wash: WIBA? Possibly; I got this in the US at $11 for an absolutely huge bottle, and it has lasted me since February. I just use it as a face wash in the shower, and it just cleans my face with no fuss. I'm a big fan of pump dispensers, so it is very handy.
Now onto my last face wash; a Simple one.

Also received my Touche eclat last night, so looking forward to appearing bright eyed at work! I'm still waiting for my Wella kit from the Glamour subscription though, and have heard nothing from my email. I may actually have to buy some more shampoo...

    Have a good day! x
