Cheeky Kids!

We've just had some trick or treaters round, only the 2nd lot so didn't mind answering the door. 4 kids stood at the door said 'Trick Or Treat' so I gave them a small bag of Haribo sweets each. One cheeky little bleeder turns round and asks if there was anything else because he's lactose intolerant and can't eat them.

The cheek of it :D:D

    I've been Money Tipped!
While I feel a tad sorry for kid as they wont be much he'll be able to have as surely all chocolate will be a no no, its cheeky to ask for something different.

We've had over 50 kids come now:eek: I've had to run out to buy more sweets. Some have come in groups as big a 7 at a time, its been mad.
For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

:eek::eek: 50 kids!! I would have stopped answering the door ages ago. I think we're fortunate we live on a little cul-de-sac now that not many people know exists. Our old house used to have a constant flow of trick or treaters for about 3 days.

 you don't ask, you don't get!! Can't imagne he will pick up much that he CAN eat to be honest. Feel a bit sorry for him really. It's not like he said can you pick the red ones out for me, I don't like them. Thought you were going to say he asked for more! Now THAT would be cheeky!

Can't blame him for asking but he's lucky he got anything at all. I normally don't give them anything as I never wandered the streets knocking on people's doors begging but thought this year I wouldn't be so grumpy and get some sweets in for them and I get a bloody lactose intolerant. Back to Mr Grumpy next year I think.

We got some of them in the week CharlieBilly, but I ate them so they had to make do with Haribo from Netto.

I don't think its cheeky at all, i love the kids coming round, and if someone was intolerant i would try and find something else, i always have a mixture of jellies, chocolates etc for them to choose from. Stop being a moan.
  • I wanted more kiddies to call... I had loads of sweeties ready but I suppose because we live on a main road, not many people to wander by iykwim.

Oh well, lots left over for me ;)
