You did go through the TV offer or Quidco chocolate tasting club link right? If so then I imagine it was something about how it usually costs £17!

I realise that but the OP says you pay after you receive them, but it is asking for my payment details and says payment is taken upon despatch.

Just know that my OH had no problems and the lady he spoke to was very helpful and didn't seem to mind when he gets back I'll ask what he did with the letter then sent him and let y'all know more details about cancelling! Others on this post seem to have done it before though.

Hubby said they didn't actually take his payment details at all when he ordered (two weeks ago) so I imagine they have changed it so you pay before dispatch now if that is what you are having to do. To be honest we did find it strange that we were billed for the chocs, rather than having to pay at the time!

Paperwork had the bill on one side and on the other states that to cancel your membership you call 08444 933 933 but you'll need to make sure you don't delay as if you leave it a few weeks they'll already be dispatching your next box! There are also log on details for their online club, so you may also be able to cancel on here, as another poster mentioned.

I wasn't asked for payment details. I just received an email saying my chocs would be on their way! To be honest I was very surprised that they didn't ask for payment.

I've changed my membership to every 12 weeks, just in case I forget (cough cough) to cancel. :rotfl:
