  • how do you pay if you pay afterwards, sound a good offer as the chocs will come in handy for a xmas prezzie, as long as its easy to cancel :)

Does anyhone happen to know if it is a standard introduction pack (ie. the same pack for everyone all of the time) or if you just happen to get the pack of the season and it changes regularly?

Also how often do they send out the choc's if you don't cancel. Is it monthly or quarterly?

You can manage your deliveries online and can have them sent monthly, quarterly or whatever you prefer. Once you've tasted them, I doubt you'll want to cancel, but if you do, its no problem at all. I cancelled my subscription when I found out I was diabetic, they cancelled with no quibbles at all. (mind you, I restarted it, as everyone else loved them as much as I did!)

I guess it is simple enough to ring them and tell them that you do not want anymore as the T&C's clearly state you are under no obligation to order more.

They send an envelope with the chocs with instructions on how to pay & cancel. There are a number of different options to pay but my husband rang up to pay and cancelled at the same time, they asked him why and he said that he'd only signed up for the trial and they said that was fine! Easy enough to cancel. You can also choose from three different choc box options when you order, we had classic selection.

All this was a surprise to me as hubby organised it all (he also told me it was a fiver...hmm, might have to try this cashback thing you're all onto)

If I remember correctly, once you are accepted as a member, you just sign into the members area of the site, where you can manage your options. Think there should be an option to cancel on there.

Where does it state what you receive? When I get onto the link, there's only a picture of a box of chocolates.
