Nokia 5230 not working ?(on 3)

Hi I am looking help, My nokia 5230 is not working, I charged it last night,it wont turn on, it is on a contract with 3,would some please advise how to ring 3 up,it is only 3 months old, I didnt take out insurance(silly me !) would some have a number to ring Thanks.

Three told me that the phone is guaranteed for the life of your contract. In my case that is 24 months. three's phone No. 08433733333 or from saynoto0870 this number is listed 01442 456050

Hi Millie thanks so much, but I dont have insurance ! will I be able to get my phone fixed ? Yes mine is for 24 months also.

All Nokia handsets have a 24month manufacturer's warranty (or 25 months from date of manufacture if you've lost your paperwork)
You can either get it repaired by 3 or Nokia.

Insurance doesn't cover faults with a phone. It covers things like loss, theft, accidental damage etc. So stop worrying, insurance wouldn't help you anyway.
