Best Rootkit scanner is at sophos.com its a free app, try that then let me know what happens.

I think things are worse here. Took several attempts to download sophos and now I cant install it - privileges - even tho everything should be ok.

Im crashing like a drunk 10 year old and starting to get some really scary messages. Its getting a back up this afternoon and then I will need to reformat. How do i reload my software? It was on already so of course we dont get disks anymore.
