Password problem

Hello,
I have made a pig's ear trying to change my email password, I hope one of you can help me please?
I thought it was time to change my paswword, only problem is I cannot remember my security question :o I have tried windows support without much luck!
Can anyone please guide (idiots)me?

    What is your e-mail program or supplier ?, eg outlook express, livemail.....hotmail..yahoo etc.

    So what was the security question?

    They usually ask something like what was the name of your first pet or the name of your school or your mother's maiden name.......

    Hi,
    Sorry, yes it is the answer I have forgotten!
    I use Hotmail aerostar, I did not go for the usual question, mothers maiden name etc!

    I'm assuming the OP can't untill they have answered the security question, whatever the security question is :wall:

    Maybe we could turn this into a game and psychoanalyse the OP and guess the answer to the obscure question :think:

    The question is, name your favourite person in history (have a few but cannot get the right one, not as favourite as I thought!)
    I have not changed password because of the above :mad:

    This happened a few years ago and windows sent me details how to rectify it, this time their 'help lines' are just confusing me.
    I would just create a new account but, it wold be more of a nightmare to inform everyone :eek:
