The question is, name your favourite person in history (have a few but cannot get the right one, not as favourite as I thought!)
I have not changed password because of the above

If you haven't changed your password you can still login, can't you? Then just change the security question and answer in your account.

I'd recommend a password manager like KeePass along with a strong password to keep all your passwords and notes such as security question in it.

Thank you for putting a smile on my face :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Hmmm Kayla Kleevage...easy!

I have somehow managed to get onto the support line, just wait for them to get back to me, on yet another email address.
Chose and wrote down a really easy Q&A so will probably get hacked now, if that is the right word....

Once the 'change password' button has been taken there is no going back!

    Thanks for Keepass.

It might be worth you downloading and running Nir Softer's MailPassView password recovery for mail clients. Sometimes it finds things, sometimes it doesn't...

You may need to turn off your antivirus program because some of these misclassify this program as a trojan, because they don't like the idea of people extracting passwords...
  • Make sure you're changing case. You may have typed 'john doe' when it is 'John Doe' or 'John doe'.
