I have a joint account with santander .Three months after it was opened they blocked the account .
I went to the branch and said I wanted to close the account ,They said I couldnt close the account as it was frozen ,nothing was allowed in or out .Also to close am account I had to make an appointment .
I made my appointment ,arrived at the branch to close the account and they said they had no record off an appointment being made and I would have to make another appointment .
I said I wasnt moving until it was sorted .I caused a bit of a scene but I got what I wanted ."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0
