Can I use O2's Xnet minutes to my advantage?

I got a business contract from O2 which gives me unlimited calls to any network in the UK, including 0845 numbers, I think there are a few other free numbers but not sure as of yet.

Basically, I make calls to countries such as Bangladesh, Canada, America and Kuwait. When I call Bangladesh, I use my house phone and use another access number, so in the end im charged 1p per minute, is there any way I can call one of those access numbers from O2 and call a country for FREE?

I know 0870 is not free on my contract, its off peak calls only and was wondering if there would be a way to call a country for free or are all these access numbers starting with 0870 these days?

If your O2 contract allows you to call 0845 numbers it usually would allow you to call 0844/0870 numbers.(Not 0871).Check with O2.

I called again and they said its free. At first the guy on the phone said it wasnt: typical.

Looks like I can call countries for FREE.

It's not really free; it's just using talktime that you've already paid for.

Best for Business Unlimited Anytime Fair Usage Policy

The monthly usage of calls to any UK mobile number and calls to UK fixed line numbers by any mobile (SIM card) connected to the Best for Business Unlimited Anytime tariff is expected to be below 10000 minutes. Also the monthly usage of calls to any non geographic numbers beginning 0870, 0505, 0500, 0808, 0800, 0845 and 0844 is expected to be less than 1000 minutes per month. Excessive volume or duration of calls, determined at O2's discretion, acting reasonably, will constitute abuse. O2 reserves the right to monitor usage, to apply call charges and/or withdraw the Best for Business Unlimited Anytime tariff from any individual SIM Card, or all SIM Cards, contracted to the Customer at any time in the case of overuse or abuse of the Best for Business Unlimited Anytime tariff. Any Charges for overuse will be at standard Best for Business tariff rates. 07744, 07755 and 09 numbers are excluded from the call bundle.
