It is no different than starting off on the flat.

As others have said you just drive off. Sometimes they hang on a bit longer on an incline so you might think its not going to release but it will in the end.0

Thanks everyone - it does release itself. It puts itself on when you turn the engine off too. When performing a hill start you have to push the button to engage it but it releases automatically.0
