They have just sent me a dispatch email BUT put on it at the bottom that they will be charging my card extra money in the next 24 houts to 'cover' the cost!!! :eek:
I cant get my damn details off the site either!!! :mad:

mine order using £9 just cancelled,ordered on sat morning. i used the £5 code on friday evening and that is still pending.
I got an email stating that my order was cancelled as they were none left in stock, and states cancelled on status on evans account; but both the items in the £9 code order are STILL in stock.....grr!! lying twits!! they have received a 'nice' email from me anyways lol

OMG that's terrible, i wasnt sure if they were able to do that. Is it much more for you to pay.:eek:
If they do that to my order then i will be taking straight back to Evans for a refund and a piece of my mind.

mine just says 'We will be charging £0.60 to the method of payment you gave us within 24 hours and it will appear on your statement as Evans.' hope they dont take no more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For me I got their email 1st and then when I logged in it said "Your order has been cancelled" under the Order Status column.

I ordered earrings and a belt in my 1st order and a bracelet in my 2nd all of which I can still seem to add to my basket if I go back to the website - funny for something which they know to be out of stock!:D

I've has two orders dispatched Both with knickers & socks (£5 codes).

One order cancelled with the 'Out of stock' excuse (bracelet with £9 code).

Really pleased they honored some.
