Thanks, I've been showing DH, photos and describing everything and everyone. Said handbag was very heavy going round the museum and art gallery. Will be off to bed soon, as I can only party for so long.

Evening all!

Had a fabby fabby day/night/day
In absolute flogging agony now though grr so alas, am feeling very very sick after taking a lot of painkillers but boy oh boy was it worth it!
Such fun meeting you all, such a lovely weekend, food and company.
And to top it off, after Caterina and I went on the hunt for a facial, and finding we couldn't get one(looooong story!) We headed back to Selfridges where Caterina and Mr C watched in horrified mortification as I stuck my feet in a tank of fishy's went on to have a Leighton Denny Manicure(which was bliss) and the lady doing it sorted me a 'mini facial' with the Est'Lau gals
Got in ages ago and have just been crashed on the sofa.
And stuffed stuffed stuffed after all the delish food! Naughty naughty!x

and whatever you hear, I did not, repeat, DID NOT have to be carried back to my room by three girls, with my hair in 'HEAR ME ROAR LIKE A LION' mode(curly curly curly), in a see through dress, I DID NOT bribe the barmaid in order to get a glass of wine to take to my room, and I DID NOT have a huge fry up the next day...despite what the photos say

Zoe, we weren't mortified, just squeamish about the fishes!:rotfl: Glad you got a few good treats after we left, and sorry that you are not feeling well now, but also glad to hear that you enjoyed yourself.
