just got an email of Quidco saying I had a £3.60 cash back result!!!
I always go to the web site first put every thing in my basket apply discount codes the open a seperate window for quidco, login go to website via quidco then go straight to the checkout and pay!

Try a different email address and use a friend or relatives Address who have never shopped with woolies, my mate just had the same problem.
